Shipping policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may occur. Please note that once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for U.S. orders.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
For orders shipping outside the U.S., shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may also be longer due to customs processing and international carriers.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
