WLLNSS Journey+ Program Policy
Effective Date of Subscription: The Effective Date is the date the member’s first subscription payment is successfully processed. All membership benefits—including monthly services and annual scan eligibility—begin on this date.
The WLLNSS Journey+ Program is a monthly wellness subscription providing members with personalized scans, emotional reframing sessions, and supplement guidance. By enrolling in either the Elevate or Transform subscription, members agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Annual Advanced Full-Body Scan Policy
• Each subscription includes 1 Annual Advanced Full-Body Scan.
• The annual scan can be redeemed only after 12 full months from the member’s initial subscription start date.
• The annual scan may be redeemed only once every 12 months thereafter, provided the membership remains continuously active.
• Annual scan eligibility does not roll over and is forfeited if not redeemed within the applicable 12-month period.
• If the membership is paused, canceled, or interrupted for any reason, the 12-month eligibility cycle resets from the date the membership is reactivated.

3. Membership Terms
• Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled.
• All monthly benefits must be used within the billing cycle; unused scans or sessions expire at the end of each cycle and do not roll over.
• Eligibility for the annual scan follows the 12-month rule outlined above.

4. Non-Transferability
• All program benefits are exclusive to the enrolled member.
• Services cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or assigned to another person.

5. Cancellations & Billing
• Members may cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partial or unused months.
• Declined or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.
• Membership benefits, including the annual scan cycle, pause if payments lapse.

6. Scheduling & Attendance
• Members are responsible for scheduling their scans and sessions.
• Appointment availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling appointments.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that service.

7. Supplement Protocol
• Supplement recommendations are included in both subscriptions.
• Supplements are not included in the membership fee and must be purchased separately.
• Members may choose whether or not to purchase recommended supplements.

8. Program Changes
WLLNSS may update pricing, services, or policies at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
